Part of everyday communication with a teenager - so I thought I'd make her something to remember me by when she goes to Uni

Shakespearean Insults
Whilst visiting Stratford upon Avon & the Shakespeare house in September, we came across some badges and fridge magnets with Shakespearean insults on - which we duly bought! I thought it might be fun to cross-stitch some.

Knitted Tattoos and Bunting
The best padded heart pattern I've come across is Caroline Wilbor's Little Heart Bunting from the Wool Bar, Warwick Street, Worthing.
I made the bunting, adding a letter to each heart for to make named bunting. The letters are cut from felt and embellished with a little flower sequin.
From this came the idea to knit a tattoo for Mothers' Day. It was hard to find a box (shadow) frame the right size and depth, to stop the heart pressing up against the glass. I resolved this by reducing the stuffing. "MUM" is hand stitched to a felt banner, and attached to the back of the frame.
Also available - I "heart" U, 'forever' and can be personalised for Valentines Day.
Selling for £10 at The Wool Bar and Mooey's Mocha Shop, Worthing

Weasley Jumpers!
I've got back into knitting!!
It all started in December when Grace asked me to knit her a Weasley jumper for Christmas. One niece saw it and wanted one then another!
Weasley jumper pattern - though made a few adjustments to make it work for me. Used Aran wool & 5mm needles throughout
Letter from font with serif and transposed onto grid. Each letter about a third the size of the front
